You will design your own cookbook by choosing its contents.  Ask youself these questions:  What food category names should we use?  How many pages to use for family history and stories.  What about pictures of ancestors?  What color and design for the front cover?  How many do we need to order?

Family Tree

Your family tree should be part of your unique book.  Future geneologists of your family will appreciate a good, detailed family tree to reference for future generations.

Time Frame

We need 2 months to properly prepare your family treasure.  Your work begins by gathering your favorite recipes from your family, assemble those recipes by food category, then sending them to us.  We will type and assemble your book and mail a proof copy for your review.  After you have reviewed and marked corrections, return the proof to us within 1 week, or email the necessary changes by page number and recipe name.  Once the corrections are made, we go to work printing and binding your cookbook.  If you do most of the work by sending a finished copy to us, we will reduce the price of each book and also shorten the time to ship the finished product to you.

If your reunion is sooner than the 2 month lead time, just check with us.  Perhaps we can adjust our schedule to include your project.  We don't like to rush through a project, but sometimes we have a break in scheduling and can put a rush on your cookbook.  It helps also if you have your recipes neatly organized and clear to read.

Pictures

We do not limit the amount of photos you would like included in your cookbook.  Pictures can be part of the divider pages or dispensed throughout the book.  We can scan your photos or you may scan and save to a CD or floppy disk for our use (jpg please).  Number the photos or give a good description to best match the photo to the correct page, divider or recipe.

Cover Design

Color pictures like this may be used for your front cover.  Covers are laminated to protect the book from moisture.
